Tuna Egg Omelet (Quick Protein Breakfast)

Mornings are always busy unless it’s a lazy Sunday morning! We always tend to skip breakfast due to our busy schedules, but this is our biggest mistake. I always try to make something quick to have in the morning for my husband or myself and that is where these tuna egg omelets were born on a busy Monday morning, taking into consideration high protein, tummy-filling quick breaky!

Tuna Egg Omelet (Quick Protein Breakfast)
Equipment
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Knife
- 1 Fork
- 1 Frying pan
- 1 Flat Spatula
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Tuna 1 can
- 1 Small red onion
- Bell peppers few chopped
- 2 Green chilies
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Crushed pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter or oil
- 2 slices Cheese or grated cheese optional
Instructions
- Add eggs and tuna into a bowl.
- Finely chop the onions, bell peppers and chilies and add it to the bowl.
- Now add all the spices (chili powder, pepper & salt).
- Beat the egg mixture using a fork and on to the heated pan add the butter to melt and then pour the egg mixture to the pan and close the lid.
- Make sure the stove is set in medium heat, once the edges of the egg turn golden brown, flip the egg to other side using a flat spatula.
- Now sprinkle the cheese on the egg and close the lid. Your quick high protein breakfast is ready! Enjoy!
