- 20-30 spears Fresh asparagus spears
- 20-30 spears Prosciutto slices
- 1 tbsp Garlic oil

Herb Roasted Chicken
Ingredients
- 4-5 Kg Whole chicken 2 whole chicken
- 3 tbsp Fresh thyme & rosemary such as rosemary, thyme, and sage
- 150 Butter, ghee or olive oil
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1.5 tsp Cajun spice seasoning
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 1.5 tsp Pepper
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Onion
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C).
- Mix the butter and minced garlic, pepper, cajun spice, salt and carefully lift the chicken skin and spread all over the chicken. Also coat the outside of the chicken too.
- Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs, lemon and onion
- Place the chicken on a roasting pan and roast for approximately 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
